Light Control
• Vertical blinds rotate 180º allowing you to
have a view without the direct, glaring rays of the sun.
Verticals also traverse to the side like draperies for
a full view.
Temperature Control
• Because of their versatility in light control,
verticals help to lower air conditioning costs in the
summer and heating costs in the winter. The use of groover
inserts can enhance your energy savings even more.
Light-Filtering
• Nothing can compare to the beauty of sunlight gently
filtering through one of the many available light-filtering
fabrics, which also cuts glare and offers general privacy.
Room-Darkening
• These products reduce the amount of light, creating
a semi-darkened room. A few fabrics, some with a laminated
backing, are totally room-darkening and offer privacy
for bedroom and bath.
Special Groover Insert Applications
• The groover is a vinyl vertical louver that has
channels on both edges so that you may slip in vertical
fabric to cover one side. Specifying a groover insert
will give you the beauty of a fabric surface with an added
degree of room-darkening and temperature control.

systems, the PermAlign® track is guaranteed to remain
synchronized forever for trouble-free operation.
Paramount® Contoured Headrail System

• This system completely replaces the control chain
and cord with one easy-to-use wand, now available in 30"
and 60" lengths, in either ivory or white, and will
easily operate on track up to 193" in width.
Motorized Tilt-Only System for PermAlign® Track
System
• This is a powerful, attractive and reliable tilt
control system available with either an infrared remote
